How do I add a card?
Tap + Add Item on the Home or Items tab. You can scan a barcode with your camera, or type the card number manually. Give it a name, pick a colour, and save.
How do I add a card to Apple Wallet?
Open any card in Osame, then tap Add to Apple Wallet. A signed Wallet pass is generated and added instantly. You can then use it at the till even without opening Osame.
Is my data backed up?
Yes — when you sign in, your cards are securely synced to the cloud. If you reinstall the app or switch phones, sign back in with the same account and everything will be restored.
How do I delete a card?
Swipe left on any card in the Items list and tap Delete. Deleted cards are kept in the Trash for 30 days before being permanently removed, so you can recover them if needed.
What is Osame+?
The free plan lets you store up to 10 items. Osame+ removes that limit and adds custom Wallet pass colours and priority support. You can subscribe from Profile → Upgrade to Premium.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Osame and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I share a card with someone?
Yes — open a card, tap the share icon, and choose Share Card. The recipient can import it into their Osame app with a single tap.
